Project Description
Switzerland 2007 – 2013
The business experience
My entry to Switzerland begun with current projects in Germany in the Airline and Airport Business. While the Ritz Engineering GmbH was founded 4.2007, i had to provide for review the capability to make revenues after 6 month to change my L-Permit (time limited ½ year) to a B-Permit (5 years). So I did this successfully.
Mid 2007 a project at a Switzerland bank came up and it served me for years to consult the bank in Zurich. Several smaller projects came up and finally until 2013 i was highly bend to these projects.
In 2009 partners and I take over a company which was well accepted for in terms of excellent Software architects and was preferred supplier of 4 banks and 1 insurance. 2013 i left this business and the role as CEO and sold the shares in the next years.
2011 I begun to investigate other businesses and begun to get member of different business communities. Some years later i will step here to the executive boards.
The private experience
Along my time in Constance i lived already next to Switzerland. So i had no big difficulty to step over the border. I was well prepared, and understood the simple to manage Switzerland rules to mange a company as an opportunity. Ritz Engineering GmbH between times was co-founder of 3 further companies.
Privately i left Basel at January 2008 and moved to Wädenswil. Now i was over years in a short distance to my customers in Zurich. This time and the rules in Switzerland allowed a nice possibility ton better my older age insurances a little and live in a more or less secure and save financially situation.
Changing behavior in other businesses forced us 2013 to change the state of business to temporary contract employment which i refused. I went 2014/2015 into the search for product development to stay independent, still realizing some consuling projects. Financially it was clear that my life will change.
There were changing relationships over time with breaks that inspired me to better separate my private from the business, not to keep my relationships from being exposed to business stress. Hopefully.
